Today is Sunday. We have no class, so one of my classmates and I went to the gymnasium to play badminton in the morning.

When walking into the gym, we saw it was illuminated brightly by several large lights. Some players nearby were practicing vigorously. We were inched too much to wait another second. Therefore we occupied a net and began to practice right away. We decided to practice backhand stroke first and then fronhand attack. Then we drilled these motions time after time. About an hour later, both of us were getting tired. After sitting on the floor to take a short rest, we began to prepare a formal match between us. In this match we decided the winner by the best of 3 sets. Then a fierce match began.

He started the first service with a high ball. Fortunately, I spiked it back at one blow. He adjusted his position to catch my high ball and served me an edge ball quickly. Edge ball was very difficult to catch. I caught the edge ball hardly and gave him an unexpected turn ball. He was so reckless as to lose this ball. So I got the first score gladly. The following game was even much more difficult to play, but I tried my best and won the first round.

As soon as the second round started, he began to counterattack. Because I didn’t prepare well and I was too proud, he caught up with me. The score was 1:1. The third round was the most important to decide the winner. Both of us couldn’t be a little careless. In the beginning, he served a low sideline ball. I hit it back, He defended it and counterattacked tightly. We played very hard for the first score. After several bouts, he served a high ball, which I thought would out. However, I hit it back again instinctively. But I had no enough time to go back to my position .As a result, he won .Afterward, he served a high baseline ball, and I hit it back. Before I returned to my position ,he got the second score again.

At that time, I felt the situation was quite severe. I had some weaknesses. He might take advantage of my weakness and attack me , I thought. I tried to adjust my psychology and change the way of playing. He thought I couldn’t manage the high ball, so he served a high ball again. This time I wasn’t deceived. I caught the drop shot, and I hit the ball back slightly. Fortunately, the ball just jumped over the net before he returned to his position. I took advantage of his carelessness to get one score. As last I won this diffcult game.

On the way home, I made a conclusion that you must be flexible enough to change strategies when you met enemy’s attack and were defeated again and again. Only in that way could you change disadvantage into advantage and counterattack to win the final victory.

今天是星期日，趁著學校還沒有安排補習的空余時間，清早，我和同學到體育館打羽毛球。

當我們走進館內，看到幾盞大燈把體育館照得格外明亮，旁邊幾對選取手正在奮力拼殺， 這使我們更加躍躍欲試，不能有一秒鐘的等待。于是我們趕快搶先占了個網，隨后急不可待地對練了起來。我們商量好先練反手殺球，然后再練下手扣殺，就這樣我倆反復練習著這些動作。過了大約一個鐘頭后我倆都累了，就坐在木板地上休息了一會，然后開始了我倆之間的正式比賽。我們采用三局兩勝制，各自準備了一下后便開始了激烈的拼殺。

他先發(fā)球，并發(fā)了一個“高空”球，還好，被我一下扣了回去，而他也不甘示弱迅速調整位置，接起了我的“扣殺”球，給我來了個“”球。球很難接，我馬上迎難而上接起球又給他來了個他意想不到的“調”球，他的大意失荊州，丟了這顆球，因此我洋洋得意地先得了一分。隨后我們打得難舍難分，比分也咬得很緊，但我更勝一籌，先發(fā)制人，贏了第一局。

第二局開始了，他強力反攻，由于我準備不足且有驕傲心態(tài)，結果被追成了一比一平。第三局是最關鍵的一局，是決勝局，因而我倆誰都不敢放松。一開始他先發(fā)球，并發(fā)了個“邊線低空”球，結果被我返打回去，他也毫不放松地進行防守和反攻。第一分我倆都打得很賣力，打了幾個回合，這時他打了個高空球，我以為出界了，后來即時反應過來打了回去，他抓住我沒即時回位的弱點，來了個近距離扣殺，結果我馬失前蹄讓他先得了一分。隨后他又發(fā)球，是“底線高空”球，我把這顆球打了回去，結果他又趁我沒歸位這個弱點得了第二分。

今天，我看見爸爸要去搬箱子，我便也去了。

我看到爸爸在那邊搬，滿頭大汗，我便也去幫忙。我拿起一個箱子，哎呀，好重啊？爸爸看見了，關心地說：“你沒事吧！我來搬?！闭f完就拿起我手里的箱子，堆在一邊去了。我的眼睛濕潤了，心想：爸爸對我那么好，我一定要報答他！于是，我回到家，拿了一個冰淇淋就往外面跑，連鞋子也忘了穿，我把冰淇淋交給爸爸說：“爸爸，您辛苦了，”可爸爸卻把冰淇淋還給我說:“我不累，”這可是爸爸最喜歡吃的大鹽水棒冰?。∮谑?，我就找媽媽商量，媽媽說，“其實他很想吃，只不過要回來吃吧了。”我便等爸爸回來，順便把棒冰放進了冰箱。

過了一會，門開了，爸爸回來了，我便把棒冰送給爸爸說：“爸您辛苦了。”爸爸甜甜地笑了。

This afternoon, we paid a visit to the Ceramic Sculpture Art Center.

After we visited all the exhibition rooms, it was time for us to practice making soft pottery. Mr. Zhang gave each of us a bag of clay, a toothpick and a red rope, He said to us, “ The clay has different colors. It has strong plasticity. The more you pinch it, the softer it will be. It can’t be hardened unless the temperature is over 120 degrees centigrade. What’s more , it is not poisonous. It’ s safe for you to use. Youcan make all kinds of decorations and give them to your relatives of friends as presents. Ok, let’s begin!” As soon as the teacher finished saying, we got down to our business. Some made little pearls, some made little vases, and some made little animals. All of us were trying our best to show our talent.

What I made was a little man. The first step was to make the head. I made a ball with yellow clay. Then I made the eyebrows with black clay and the mouth with red clay. After I put the eyebrows and the mouth on the ball, I shaped the nose and the ears with my fingers. The work for the head was done in this way. I was not satisfied with it, because I didn’t think it was very beautiful. Suddenly, a good idea came to me. I made a hat, which had three colors. After putting on the hat, the little man looked much lovelier. However, I had to make a coat for the little man. I chose black clay and brown clay as material. First of all ,I made a cuboid with black clay and connected it with the head. Then I made several small balls with white clay as buttons. After that, I made two sticks with brow clay and pressed it on the clothes. They were sleeves. In this way, the upper part of the body was accomplished. Next, I made the trousers with red clay and green clay. So far ,the little man was finished at last. But there was still on step left. I put the little man in the oven and baked it for a moment. When I took it out ,it had become hard. Until then, the task was successfully completed.

On the way home, I watched the lovely little man constantly. I was so pleased, and I was so proud of my works!

今天下午，學校組織我們班的同學去陶塑中心參觀和實習，同學們非常高興，因為其中有一個節(jié)目就是我們可以親自做軟陶，于是同學們迫不爭待地趕到了陶塑中心。

在參觀完所有展廳后，我們便可以親自做軟陶了，只見教我們的張老師發(fā)給了同學們一人一袋軟陶、一根牙簽和一條紅繩。他對我們講：“軟陶色彩豐富，可塑性化的效果。它要在120至150度之間加溫即能變硬成形。還有軟陶不像橡皮泥那樣有毒，它是安全無毒的。而且通過自己親手精心制作而成的各種發(fā)飾、胸飾、鑰匙鏈、相框等物品，可以送給你的親朋好友。下面你們就開始做軟陶吧！”老師一說完，同學們就開始做起來了。有的做小珠子，有的做小花瓶，有的做小動物等等，同學們都盡力地展現著自己的才華。

2月22日 微笑成長日記 星期五 晴

放寒假了。同學們都樂開了花。有的去探親，有的去旅游，還有的去親戚家拜年。08年終于到來了，奧運會就要舉行了，我知道有不少人都報名參加了志愿者，政府也在加快城市建設，把北京變成一個綠色的文明城市。而今天的所見所聞，更讓我感覺到我們中國學生們對祖國環(huán)境的熱愛。

今天，我抱著籃球，剛走進長春健身園的時候，突然看見一個大學生模樣的哥哥正在不停地撿地上的垃圾。他手腕上套的一個綠色橡膠圈引起了我的注意，那就是傳說中的奧運微笑圈嗎？我的好奇心總是比較強。所以，我走到他跟前，問：“你好，大哥哥，你是奧運志愿者嗎？”他看了看我，笑著說：“喲！眼睛真尖呀?！比缓笾噶酥肝⑿θ栁遥骸笆沁@個看出來的嗎？”我點點頭。他又問：“那你知道它的含義嗎？”我又搖了搖頭。他笑呵呵地對我說：“這叫微笑圈，分別有紅，黃，藍，黑，綠五種圈。紅圈代表樂于助人，黃圈代表文明禮儀，藍圈代表學習進取，黑圈代表誠實守信，我手上戴的綠圈則代表保護環(huán)境。這就是微笑圈的含義?！薄芭?，你在這里撿垃圾就是因為你帶著綠色的微笑圈，所以你在幫我們創(chuàng)造美好衛(wèi)生的環(huán)境?。　蔽艺f，“對啊，你說的太對了！其實不管我們手上有沒有微笑圈，都應該像戴著它一樣按照它的要求去做，把微笑圈戴在我們心里?！蔽胰粲兴嫉狞c點頭，抱著籃球跑開了。
